Artists and photographers have long responded to their immediate surroundings. Living in lock-down has presented the world with a new shared experience. Over 4 weeks I have looked at a number of different artist and how they have captured their surroundings.

I first looked at Jan Dibbets work and how he had captured the passing of time by taking pictures of the same view at set intervals. In some cases he would arrange them to create different shape or in some cases arranged them to make a full image. I first tried to do something similar taking a picture of the same view every hour. (12:00 - 00:00)

After capturing the passing of time the same way as Dibbets I tried to capture it in my own way. So I bought a boutique of flowers and every few days I took a handful of photos in order to show them withering and the passing of time.
